Hi,

We are using CRM Online version 9.1

I have installed Cobalt solution for cloning Invoice entity.

Have created parent and child workflows as per the instruction. But the cloning doe not happen.

Tried different steps in the workflow such as excluding invoiceid etc. Getting this error:

I do not have Product entity linked with the Invoice. I need to clone just the Invoice details.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanx.

    Hi Huzefa,

This error says that the input on which you are trying to run child workflow does not exist. Please check the input of your child workflow and its configuration. Can you provide the screenshot of both of the configured workflows so that I will be able to help you to find the root cause.

Please make sure that workflow " Update child" is in Active state.

    Please find attached images.

Tried by only selecting the Invoice (invoice) entity and not excluding any field. Still gives the same error.

Have not set anything under Invoice Properties.

    Thanx.

Have you checked status of "Update Child" workflow?

    Hi,

I am not able to check the status of Child workflow. Checked under System jobs as well.

Also under the Process itself. Maybe the workflow is not been called by the parent.

I have having the same issue.  Some clarification:  The problem is not the Child Wokflow.  The problem is In step 1, the clone isn't actually creating a clone.  So the error turns up on the CWF because the item that it is supposed to work on is never created.  If you take out the CWF, there is no error, but the problem still exists.  The process finishes okay but the record that is supposed to be cloned isn't.

I last used Snapshot in January and there were issues after the 9.0 upgrade.  The solution was adding the QuoteID (or InvoiceID) to the exclusion list for the cloned record.  That resolved the issue.  This is a new issue were Snapshot is NOT throwing and error, but is NOT creating a cloned record either.

    Any help would be appreciated!
