"Set regarding" an email in Dynamics from Power Automate

Hi,

I am trying to track/Set regarding emails in Dynamics from a Flow, my issue is trying to verify that the email has not already been tracked. Right now I am simply checking no Dynamics Email record exists that looks the same but I can't get the stored email body (description) to match with what I receive from the trigger of the Flow. I have also not been able to identify any other way of making sure the email has not already been tracked. Does anyone know how the Outlook App does it? Or have any tips for how to do it?
