I have included B.P.F in one of the solution.
but i am seeing that there is one entity being added with Business Process Flow name.
can anyone help me in understanding this?
is it expected?

Seems this is by design , Dynamics 365 many cases doing this to maintain some internal functionality, you may see some fields like Currency type of field when you create another field with "base" suffix is created .

So similarly in BPF also to maintain security role its seems additional entity is creating so now worry about this.
