How to share and assign record in portal

There is no option available for share assign record in portal. 

Please let me know how to assign the record in portal.

    Thank you for the query.

    You may need to define entity permissions in web roles for the portal users,

    more info. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/assign-entity-permissions
