Just type in whatever category description you want and press the down arrow and continue. I believe the number you are seeing is the DEX_ROW_ID field and that is not modifiable but it will keep incrementing.

I'm looking at my account category setup window. After my 48th account category, the next number in number column is not 49, instead it is an Asterisk. What does the Asterisk sign mean in the number column? Thanks.
