Hey,
How do I remove the sidebar that shows apps when you click on the Dynamics 365 icon? Like remove the Sales and Customer Service App.
Also how do I change Dynamics 365 - custom to the more meaningful name.

you can't remove the sidebar, but you can control which apps show for a user through their security roles.
As for D365-Custom, it's in Settings -> Administration -> System Settings -> Default App Name.
