Hi All,

I saw a notice that we need to update to the Unified Interface:

Automatic record creation and update rules and service level agreements in legacy web client are deprecated and will be shut down in October 2021. Please migrate your items to Unified Interface.

Will this be something that we will HAVE to migrate to in the future or not, and if will not need to migrate to it, will we lose any of the current features other than the Automatic record creation and update rules and service?

As Lorne Rogers said, Unified Interface is a trend, and the official recommends users to migrate to Unified Interface on September 10, 2019:

Unified Interface also has many performance advantages:

Regarding the deactivation of other features, you need to pay attention to the official statement. However, I believe that something like this will happen in the future.

Bruce H, all D365 tenants have to be on the Unified Interface. As the notice states, that includes ARC in the Customer Service stream. You should absolutely get all your applications onto the UI as soon as you can.
