Use one license for multiple users?

Hello,

A customer of mine has several employees who take turns in providing support activities in D365. Do we need to buy a license for each user or can the users share a license, depending on who is responsible for the support at the time and needs access to D365?

Every user using the system has to be licensed. Otherwise, it might be considered as a multiplexing.
