How do I set up the revert the save as box to "Always ask before opening this type of file" in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

One of my users uncheck the checkbox "Always ask before opening this type of file" when selecting the attachment, and the pop out becomes "save as" Dialog box immediately.

May I know how can I revert it back to this below?

Thanks for your reply, however, I'm not referring to the app properties. I'm referring to the Navision way of opening the app from attachment.
