The user is getting "System Error & H8000FFF (-2147418113). Catastropic failure" when they attempt to export a budget from Excel Budget Wizard. They are on GP2015 R2 and have just changed to Office365. Is there a compatibility issue or some other problem?
They are on a terminal server, is there anything that needs to be set in this case such as permissions or some sharing settings?
