We are attempting an upgrade scenario from SL 2011 -> SP1 -> FP1 -> SP2 -> SP3. I was able to upgrade the application to SP1, but I am receiving several errors while upgrading the database using the Database Maintenance wizard. I am able to successfully connect to the database server using my own domain account, which has administrative privileges on the server. I select the only available system database and its corresponding application database, then begin the upgrade process. I also attempt to change the SYSADMIN account from one domain account to new domain account we will use as a service account. The upgrade process fails when nearly complete. DBBuild.log shows issues of violating primary key constraints, "allocation method 2 cannot be used if allocation method 1 is blank", and an inability to find certain stored procedures. I have run Database Maintenance normally and also with elevated privileges (Run As Administrator), both with the same errors.
Has anyone encountered these issues during upgrade?
