Manufacturing receipt error: You can't create a receipt for this manufacturing order. Another user or process is editing it.

I'm receiving an error when trying to enter a manufacturing receipt:

"You can't create a receipt for this manufacturing order. Another user or process is editing it."

This is on all manufacturing orders.

Can anyone help me, please?
