Broken Rich Text Editor on Description Field

Hi there,
I have a problem with the Rich Text Editor: In one Environment, the Rich Text Editor is broken. It looks like this:

However, it should look like this:

In both Environments are exactly the same solutions in the same order and no active layer. Even the Customization.xml is identical.
The table or type of form doesn’t make any difference. It is broken in all places.
I tried to remove the Rich Text on the form and on the column and add them again in all combinations. It doesn’t make a difference.
Has anyone an idea, how I can fix my Rich Text Editor?
Best regards,
Jana

Hi there! Good morning, evening, or afternoon - depending on where you are :)

apologies if you've tried some of this already; here are some thoughts:
    - have you tried to clear cache and cookies? i know sometimes this can cause issues with how elements are displayed & clearing may resolve
    - if you try to access the rich text editor in other browsers, do you get different results?
    - are there any custom scripts or plugins being used? if so, can you review to ensure they aren't interfering with the editor
    - double check that all dependencies and libraries used by the rich text editor are up to date
    - use the dev tools on the browser to inspect the console for any errors that could be causing the problem

    hope this helps some!

    Thanks for your response.
I tested the first three advises before. I cleared the cache and the cookies multiple times. Furthermore, I used different browses and double-checked all customizations on the forms and tables. The rich text editor is still broken.
As you suggested, I used the dev tools to inspect the console, however I didn’t find any unusual errors, which could cause the problem.
Could you give me an advice how to check the dependencies and libraries of the rich text editor? I tried to use the “show all dependencies button” on the column, however I couldn’t see the dependant libraries. It shows only the forms which use the column.
Thank you very much and best regards,
    Jana
