Hi all,

I am having issue to map data from CRM to the Adobe form test (text file) I created just include 1 field:

CustomerName: {{Account Name}}

Which {{Account Name}} is the field name in CRM Account form and CustomerName is a label in the Adobe test form.

I was hoping when I map entity account - Atribute Field "Account Name" to Agreement field "CustomerName" (MAP CRM DATA TO ADOBE SIGN AGREEMENT) then when go to specific account in CRM and Send for signature, It will fill this customer field in the Adobe form with the Account name …. BUT IT DID NOT.

Please advise what did I do wrong.

I believe the faster way would be contacting adobe or post your question in adobe forum since this is related to third party solution.
