Add custom field in workflow notifications setup

Hello,
I have a requirement to add a custom parameter in the following workflow notitifcations setup screen of a condition for vendor invoice:
I need to add a new tab called scope (custom field added in vendinvoiceinfotable) where the user can select the desired value for the notifications.
How can this be achieved technically?

    Did you try to add your custom fields to the Query of the Workflow, were the fields added to same table that have the Workflow?

    I don't think so this form can be modified. Instead you can add your custom field in the workflow query and that can be used to set some conditions while configuring workflow.
