DRA - Document Rounting Agent

Hey guys!

I'm using DRA and today my automatic printing stopped working and d365 no longer generates logs.

I believe that d365 is not actually sending the document to the DRA.

The printing only works when triggered manually.

Entity: DocumentRoutingStatus
module > commom > inquires > document rounting status
Last one and succeeded log yesterday.

Any suggestion?

I don't using DRA as a service.

    Hi @ISMA
A common symptom/cause is the expiration of a token that expires every 90 days. Did you restart the DRA server and then sign out of DRA and sign back in on the DRA application?
However, as you are not using it as a service, this means the DRA app must be open at all times on the computer where it is installed. Did anyone close the app? Could you re-login to the server and make sure the app is open and visible on the taskbar?

    Hi @ISMA,

This clearly indicates connection is no more available( DRA app and D365) reasons could be many. For now Sohaib mentioned please sign in again so that you can start printing.

Also make sure you always have latest and greatest DRA app whenever you do service or quality update.

You machine should have auto login DRA in case VM / machine go down for any expected reason . You should have an email mechanism for the failures. One of the free tool to use is Windows Task scheduler to automate this.

    Thanks !

    Hi ISMA,

    A few questions:
    1. Is the DRA upgraded to a version compatible with the current version of D365 FO?
    2. Is the DRA routing agent signing you out consistently?
    3. Has the application ID app Id certificate expired on the Azure portal?
    4. Has the service account that you use to sign in to the DRA had a password change or was it disabled?
    5. Does the service account have the correct DRA privileges in D365 FO?
    6. Was this service account ever disabled or enabled in D365 FO?

    A few suggestions:
    1. Check for the DRA version compatibility with the version of D365 FO.
    2. Check the application details certificate.

    3. The account that you use to sign in to the DRA should have the Document Routing Client access under security role.
