Announcements
I am trying to access the Sandbox environment in dynamics 365 business central. I am a new user that was told to choose "customer" as opposed to "partner" when signing in for the first time a few days ago. NOw as I am at the point where I want to acess a "Sandbox" for testing it appears that I may have been misguided at that step.
Can anyone advise how I can fix this problem so that I can have full access as a partner in dynamics 365?
Hi, Try the following method to see if you can open the admin center.
How to access Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center from the URL without Tenant ID
https://yzhums.com/28612/
If you can, you can manage all environments including Sandbox in it.
More details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/administration/tenant-admin-center
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,
If you have enough permission as partner, you can access BC admin center using below URL.
https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/[tenant ID or tenant domain name]/admin
(ex. https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/11111111-aaaa-bbbb-cccc-999999999999/admin or businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../admin)
Once you reached BC admin center, you can choose and open sandbox environments.
Or you can access directly sandbox environment using below URL.
https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/[tenant ID or tenant domain name]/[Sandboxname]
(ex. https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/11111111-aaaa-bbbb-cccc-999999999999/Sandbox01 or businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../Sandbox02)
I hope this helps you.
