I need to do an upgrade from GP 10 to GP 2018. Our GP 10 BREP expired years ago so we bought a GP 2018 starter pack.
I understand the upgrade path requires hops to GP 2013 and GP 2016. How can I do this if I only have a 2018 Start Pack?

You will need to log into CustomerSource and download GP 2013 and GP 2016 along with GP 2018. You will hop from GP 10 to GP 2013 and then to GP 2016 and finally to GP 2018. Do a search on the exact paths and you will be fine.
