Only send emails between selected times

We use workflows to send alerts via email for several different things in our instance of CRM and they work perfectly. However, we only want the emails to send during office hours. There are several users opening their outlook in the morning and having 20+ unopened emails from the evening before, all from CRM. Is there anything I can do directly in CRM or even possibly outlook to solve this issue?

    Hi,

     it seems you'll need a couple of things:

    1. You'll need to update your workflows to wait till specific time(during the work hours, it could be just 1 minute from "now". At other times, it could be 9 AM)

    2. A custom workflow activity to calculate the time above
