I have a client who wants to generate an audit report showing who is creating and updating records in the system.
Does Sarbanes Oxley Excelerator do this?

The Accelerator is a snap in for Sharepoint that assists in creating a directory structure for storing SOX documentation. It doesn't have any direct links into Dynamics SL.
We have an audit trail add for SL that was built specifically to track changes to Dynamics. It comes with a set of templates for SL environments.
