Qty on hand is different from Bin

I have this item: CM009 in location STC03, system says that I have 1,400 on hand:

When I check this quantities in Lots i see that I have 400 kg in lot ML240147C

I can't make any movement with this lot because in Bin Content it says I have zero but, in Qty On Hand I have 400.

If I select this lote in any transaction I got this message:

My Location has a simple setup, with no advanced funcionality, we only have 1 bin and this field is selected as mandatory:

Is there any way I can fix this, because in fact now, I only have 100 kg left from that lot, but I have been making adjustments in order to sell this product but qty on han still showing.

Is this Lot.No occupied by an unposted Transfer Order or Sales Order, etc.?

You can check the detailed records of this Lot No. in Item Ledger Entries/Warehouse Entries.

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

go to your bin content filter that lot tracked item and then see what shows on qty available to take field. The example shows 100 on hand qty but only 98 available to take. BC will automatically allocate lot tracked items to sales orders.

BC further breaks down the lot tracked item into. So if BC says the item is not available it must has been allocated to other documents.

If I check Bin content, I got 1,400

If I check Lot No. List, I got 400 for my troubled Lot:

If I check Item tracing, I got 400 for lot ML240147C:

If I check Warehouse Entries it says my lot has 0 Quantity (OMG)

When I try to use it in my sales order Bin contents show zero Quantity,

and I got this message:

I really don't know what happened and most important, how can i fix it...

from below screen the total qty is correct. 400 here means there is another request, possibly a sales order requesting from lot 47c

the other log 918 has 1000, so the total is 1400, which agrees with the total qty on hand from item card.

but you are not able to sell the 47c lot cause BC sees it as reserved, that is why the bin content shows 0.

My partner developed an extension in order to force to put bin as no requiered in order to make a transfer to another location and then reclasify my movement where it finaly belonged.

No one can tell why this happened.

First fail I had to deal with in BC.
