How many URL are needed if I need to set up different instances of Production Microsoft Dynamics 365?
Will That URL will be like subdomain? or load balancer?

You won't deploy production environments by yourself, therefore you won't have to care about things like load balancers; they'll be completely transparent to you.
I'm not sure what you mean by "Will That URL will be like subdomain?".
The key question likely is what you mean by "different instances of Production". Please elaborate your business requirement.
Hi Umesh,
When a customer has a D365 for Operations license, he can deploy several instances like a DEV, staging and the production. The URLs are managed by Microsoft for the cloud version.
URL do have a naming convension:
Non-prod: [tenantname]+[environment name].sandbox.operations.dynamics.com/
Production: [tenantname].operations.dynamics.com/
The environment name can be defined yourself per environment.
e.g.:
https://contosoacc.sandbox.operations.dynamics.com
