Dynamics 365 Pricing change

Hello,

The licences pricing of Dynamics Customer Engagement have change and i'd like to know if :

1) Sharepoint Plan 2 gonna be included with the purchase of a (or many) module

2) The Team Member already exist and if yes the price.
