User profile changes to another user when logged in to MSCRM Dynamics 2015

experiencing an issue on CRM Dynamics where user's login and on the dashboard at profile display that normally displays the user profile name, it changes to that of another user that is already logged in .

for instance; if user 1 and user 2 are both logged in, User1 after a while will notice profile name change to user2

Is the Dashboard an Custom Page ( IFrame)?

"on the dashboard at profile display" - Please can you share an screen shot to confirm the location where it is displaying the User Name.
