Moving a Form from Default Solution to another Solution

Hi,

In our Sandbox, I just created a new Contact Form using the Customize the System option and creating the Form. My problem is that I want to be able to view the Form in another existing Solution, how can I do that?

Form is one component in the entity, and entity is one component of the solution.
