Hi Sergio,
You may set up the out-of-the box CRM SharePoint integration, as explained next, but in this case the folder in SharePoint will be only created when navigating to the Documents Locations in the Account:
If you would like to create a SharePoint folder when an account is created then consider create a workflow on account creation and to create the folder on SharePoint you may follow this sample here:
So you create a Workflow executing for the entity Account .
Starts on Create - Scope : Organization
you add a step : Create Record - Document Location Entity and you fill in the information needed .
you have a similar step in the article : image-pobjects.netdna-ssl.com/.../020413_1736_BulkCreatio8.png .
If you did the integration , the you should have some SharePoint Sites records to use as Lookup Relative Url
Hope it helps
I think so, do you have any idea how to do it?
I followed this guide but I believe it is for the Onpremise version

Hi ,
You can create a Workflow to create a folder location for the record when a new account is created .
this way the folder will be created automatically .
I think the folder creation is triggered when some one opens the account record - and navigates to the documents associated view for the first time.
I think the folder creation is triggered when some one opens the account record(onload of account).
