Can someone explain to me how to use getExchangeRateDisplayFactor Method. it is my first time to use it. hoping for your prompt response. thank you.

Do you mean getExchangeRateDisplayFactor in ExchangeRateCurrencyPair table, or some other method called getExchangeRateDisplayFactor?

yes. I need to get the rate display factor to divide with the current exchange rate. I will send screenshot
Can't you simply call ExchangeRateHelper.displayStoredExchangeRate()? Even if not, you can use it as an example of how getExchangeRateDisplayFactor() is called.
