Hi,

I am trying to install CRM 4.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2 with SQL Server 2008 on a VM. Installation went well and I am able to access the application everything was good until I install Rollup 10. After installing Rollup 10 I am getting error: "Invalid Authentication, User Authorization sent to platform is invalid errorcode 0x80041D2A" the actual error in event viewer is Could not find GUID for Server. If I uninstall Rollup 10 everything works fine again.

Some background on steps I tried so far,

CRMAppPool is running on a Service Account and this account is configured in all the Security Groups like PrivUserGroup, SQLAccessGroups.
Service account is added to IIS_WPG and CRM_WPG
Sql is having access to PrivUserGroup/SQLAccessGroups

Please help to resolve this issue.

Hi Jose,

I have the same problem to. Even since rolup 2 this problem occues. It has probably something to do with your domain controller. Most of the time a crm server restart has helped me out.

Please keep me informed.
