User License and posting permission

Hello Community,

I have a strange situation. A user has been assigned a Team user License and while he is approving the time sheet we are getting the following error. On further investigation we found that he can not approve a timesheet which has an absent line.

    Hi, Maybe it has something to do with the following restriction.
    It is recommended that you consult Microsoft directly regarding license-related issues.
