is there any option to change ISO alpha-3 to ISO alpha-2? I`m asking about contry-codes

It is possible but not recommended. There is also an ISO-2 field for e.g. integration purposes.
why its not recommended anymore?
During some steps at least during installation of AX it will create the pre-defined list of countries. There is a field called IsImmutable which is set to true for all pre-defined countries. I'm not aware if or when the system will check if the countries are created. Possibly if you change the coding to ISO-2, it will not find an existing record and then will create a duplicate list with countries. I have seen someone fiddling around in this table causing a lot of trouble. In my implementations all companies learned to work with the ISO-alpha3 system.
