"Query Builder Error. The specified record type does not exist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM". This error shows when I navigate to CUSTOMIZE THE SETTINGS
Anyone have a suggestion?
Could there be a problem with translations possibly?
I can't access the CUSTOMIZE THE SETTINGS IN system settings either...same error

Hello,
Please check error logs and see if there is something fishy, if you are not able to find anything, you can further enable tracing to CRM server for more troubleshooting steps. For detailed steps refer: www.inexika.com/.../Dynamics-CRM-Debugging
