I have a clean service fabric ready for deployment but every time I deploy there is an error on ssrs with 255 or the error in the subject. Another funny issue is the axrataencipherment certificate, form the localmachine\my mmc; the private key has been updated with the permissions for the axsf account with read permissions (even granted full) yet the test fails for this certificate. The error is unable to find access rules for certificate axrataanciphermentcert for user …. It’s ends with a Microsoft.powershell.commands.writeerrorexception, set-certificateacls.ps1.

Did you run the Complete-PreReqs on SSRS machine? What did you get ?
You should double check the permission on the axdatacert...
Thanks, I’ve done that, also double-checked that manually from localmachine\my and even granted full control. All certificates show valid and the service fabric has no faults or warnings. I do hope it doesn’t affect the deployment actual as the permissions are apparently there. Now, my main headache is errors with ssrs; I have a recurring -255 exit code and failure in activating module packages. This halts the deployment.
