We have Dynamics 365 online 8.2.
A user switches to a different process on the opportunity and the select process shows right ( stages and steps). When another user opens the opportunity, the process that shows is the old one. As and admin, I changed the process for several opportunities to see if that could be the issue but same problem the new process shows fine for me but not for others when they open the opportunities. Is it a kind of server cache for the user that can be clear?

You could have a user open in a different browser to verify it is not a cache issue.
