I tried to edit my event form, and when I selected the "new field" button, I got an error message. Tried several times. How do I get around this?

Hi Natalie,
I agree with Wouter's comments. Also, are you on the latest version on the solution? I just updated my instance to July last night and I am able to create fields without issue for Events. I'm also have system admin privileges as well. If nothing on Wouter's list or having the updated version works, I would also suggest the support ticket route.

That's quite generic :).
You are allowed to edit forms / create fields?
Are you sysadmin / customizer?
Does the issue occur on other entities/forms as well?
What is your browser that you are using?
I have no problems changing the event form through chrome as admin.
(If your situation is the same, I would recommend creating a support issue after you tried in a new session with incognito mode.)
