Activities Tracking At The Account and Contact Level

Hi,

What I got is a list of contacts assigned to me. I usually put them in a marketing list for ease of grouping-contacts I made during a conference. how can get a activity report on such a group of contacts.

Is there a way to track activities on a marketing list?

Than You David. Another question. will this work in case the activities are not 'set regarding'. we got a workflow that tracks activity on email i.e. abc@xyz.com. they reflect in the record but are not reflected in the activity report.

You can create a saved query in Advanced Find - e.g.

Activities

Activity Parties (Activity)

Party (Contact)

Marketing Lists

Marketing List Equals <ListName>

This will show all activities relating to contacts in a given marketing list. To the same for accounts, change the link to Party (Account)
