CRM2013 and Exchange connection

Hi,

Question from a Newbie CRM......

We have a Exchange 2010 solution. 2 frontend servers (Client Access Servers) and 2 backend servers (Mailbox servers). The 2 frontend servers are in a NLB cluster, so Outlook doesn't know which frontend server it connects to.

The CRM solution connects directly to a specific frontend server ! Question: Can't CRM connect to NLB ? What if the specific frontend server goes down/reboot ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reply.

My question is not whether CRM can run NLB or not. My question is, can CRM use the Exchange NLB? Now, our CRM server connects directly to one CAS server, and not to the Exchange NLB
