Dear Sir

I want to print Same report in Dynamics GP with TWO different Labels. On Print button with number of copies 2 (one with Original Invoice and other one is Duplicate Invoice.)

Like: Original Invoice and Duplicate Invoice.

is it possible, can we do this?

I don't believe GP can do this out of the box.

If add-on products are an option, our GP Reports Viewer (www.gpreportsviewer.com/gpreports.html) can do this by letting you replace the standard SOP invoice with 2 Crystal or SSRS reports - when you click print, they will simply both print at the same time. The reports can actually be 2 copies of the same report with a different label in the header.

Accountable's Forms Printer product will allow you to define X number of copies to a designated printer. However, I'm not sure if the underlying report logic (either SQL Reporting Services or Crystal Reports) allows a way to determine a first or second print to programatically create a field to print "Original" or "Duplicate".
