Business Rule problem

Hi,

i created new business rule to opportunity entity when i choose  "status raison"  as options field "equal to" "value" and i selected the value, i don't validate the condition, i do no why !

any idea ?

i can't validate the condition (if i choose the field of options)

    Hi Ammar , Pls sure that you have activated the Business rule and after that publish the entity/solution.

    It is possible to share screenshot of your Business rule.

    the business rule nt activated,bacause i'm editing the BR but the conditio not validated if the field type (options) i do no why ?

    Ammar,

    Because it will follow the Active Status

    CRM has two statuses: Status and Status Reason

    While Status only for Active or Inactive

    For each Status you have status reason.

    Seems Business rule wont update the inactive record, so by default it can be CRM detect only those status reason valid for status.
