Shipper status closed without Invoice No and Invoice Date

Sales Order & Shipper were closed without Invoice No and Invoice Date. Process manager was working fine. Only one particular shipper happened in few shippers generation.

Hi Fisher88,

Was the shipper cancelled? You can check the Other Information tab to see if the Cancelled box has a date.

Does the shipper have a Sales Journal ID? that information is also on the Other Information tab.
