    Hello Wkholi,

If you were using RMS prior to install Feature Pack 1, then you will need to install the following fix to populate the data:

    mbs2.microsoft.com/.../kbdisplay.aspx

I would also recommend install Cumulate Update 5 as well as there are some fixes to the GMROI reports that were resolved with CU5.

    Thank you,

You need to set a date range.

Otherwise it will show data for the current calendar date Only.

Did you just upgrade to lastest feature pack?  if you did then the information is not in the database yet, due to structure changes in the tables.
