Self Service Web Client lookup

Hi All,

I have a Self Service user type trying to lookup Creditors and Accounts.

They receive the error message "You don't have security privileges to open this window."

On checking the security setup, I discovered this functionality is not in the DEFAULTUSER task for Self Service user type.

It seems like an oversight, that a user cannot lookup the system.

Is there a resolution to this?

Version GP 2015 R2 14.00.0817.

    Hi All,

    An update to my post.

    The client has advised that the Lookup works, but the Find (Binoculars) are not working.

    This makes it difficult if you are trying to locate a part of a description.
