Hi All,
Is it possible to set a default value(Regarding) as shown on the picture? Business guy is tired of change it everytime they want to insert an Email template.

Hi Yvescao,
No, there is no way to customize this dialog. This dialog would only appear when you fill the both 'To' and 'Regarding' field.
So if your only insert the template related to the 'Regarding', please try to only fill the 'Regarding' field and then click the 'insert template' button.
This is the OOB behavior and it is happening because when it comes to selection of the email templates system will show either Email templates which are related with the entity record of "To/Recipients" or "Regarding".
Now user will have to select any one of the options. after selecting the option, system will load all email templates for selected entity type.
Also if email does not have "To/Recipients" as well as "Regarding" field then user will able to see below notification.
Now if user is trying to create an email and have any one of the field with data(either "To/Recipients" or "Regarding" field) then CRM will not ask about the below question.
