regarding record assign to owner

hi here i came across one scenario i.e on selecting account field value in a lead entity i want to assign the particular lead form to OWNER of that selected account record. can i do this using workflow? or i want to go for plugin? explin

Hi Manikanta,

Yes, you can do this with workflow.

-- Realtime workflow on create/ update (of account field)

-- Add assign step and set the owner as the owner of the account field.

Haven't tried this but this looks straight forward
