I have some custom crystal reports that I am trying to upgrade from SL 7 SP3 to SL 2011. On a number of them, I am receiving an error from Crystal Reports
"Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: 916] Failed to retrieve data from teh database. Error in File _____.rpt: Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: Database Vendor Code: 916]."
I've can run the reports in Crystal designer preview without problem, so I know that hte reprt is still capable of retrieving data. With some, I've had luck by updating the database connection and saving it in the new format, but that solution seems to be hit or miss. Has experienced that and found a fix? Thanks for the help.
