Hi Team,

User is unable to open the attachment as .EML format  in CRM 2011.

Kindly provide the resolution of the above issue as early as possible. Appreciate for your response.

    Hi Charan,

    .eml is the format of the saved email. So like any other format, you need to have a software to open the file like outlook etc. It has nothing to do with your CRM system.
