Batch job not visible in the list of classes

Hello, How to fix the error in choosing classes in batch job? My class didn't appear in the choices of classes in batch job. I encountered this error, *The batch task you entered is not valid. Enter a different batch task*.

Isn't it a RunBaseBatch class with canGoBatchJournal() returning false? (That's the default value.)

I returned the value, true in canGoBatchJournal() but I encountered same error.

It is using cache not to build that list each time so you need to be sure that you flushed cache and of course built everything after code change.
