Price groups and trade agreements

Hi there, 

I posted trade agreements withing these two groups but when I click on "view" they seem empty:

Also, what is the difference between the two options in yellow on the screenshot above?

    Trade agreement includes the discounts. As you can see there are some additional buttons "View line/multiline/total discount"
