We need a checklist for our contacts containing about 10 items.
So far we have done:
1) add the checklist fields to the contact as booleans, and then create an editable grid view where people can update the fields and as all the items are checked they will be removed from the view
2) create a business process flow, so people can go through the checklist by individual contacts
Are there any other approaches that I may be overlooking? Does anyone have exp w/ successfully making this type of "checklist" in dynamics. We are wanting to keep track of tasks for each contact, such as who has gotten their first follow up email, a phone call, an sms message, a second follow up email, etc (just example items but something like that)
