
Hi all,
I've recently been moved over to Dynamics CRM but am having issues integrating it with my Office 365 emails. I have been told that I need to select the tracking option each time I send or receive an email in a new email chain. Is there a way to automatically pull through my emails without having to manually add them to a lead or opportunity every time?
I would also like to sync my calendar so I don't need to track every appointment or booking I have into CRM.
Lastly, is there a way to upload files to CRM as to associate them with an opportunity/ account.
