Hi, we have HR and Payroll for GP and when an employee is terminated, all of their benefit codes are still active in HR. Is there a way to inactivate all of their benefit codes without having to toggle through each one by one? We have over 20 benefit/deduction codes under Miscellaneous Benefits alone! Thank you for any tips!

Hi DGreer, Unfortunately it doesn't inactivate the benefit codes under Human Resources, only Payroll. For some reason the HR side seems to be manual. :(
When you inactive an employee, it inactivates the benefit codes assigned to the employee. It does the same for deductions and pay codes.
Hi Leslie, thanks for the suggestion. I haven't considered that. I'm not familiar with what Archiving does. I will have to look into it to see if it would work. We would still need to be able to report on the inactive employee.
Thanks!
Alanna
Alannaly,
Have you considered Archiving the Employee?
Kind regards,
Leslie
